We came to Canada, from the Philippines, with full of hopes and dreams of having a better life, but little did we know that it’s not as easy as we thought it would be. We were both exhausted, juggling in our shift work fulltime job, and even hustles on weekends, trying to make ends meet to sustain our family basic needs. Our 2 daughters are our priority, we live and breathe for them. They are the
people we are willing to spend our whole life to protect, to ensure their safety and well-being. But are we really present when they need us? Sadly, not most of the time because we are too busy. Does it make sense we work so hard for our family but we can’t even spend quality time with them. However, we have a choice to cultivate and gain new skills to create a new beginning. So, we took a leap of faith and become digital business owners. It all started from watching a virtual Information session. I was skeptical, but my husband knows what is right...so we followed our heart. Because of this we are now looking forward to:
-saving up for our dream house
-travelling more to our dream destinations and creating more memories with our loved ones
-preparing for our golden years so we can still enjoy life without worrying
-giving back to family, friends and community
