GDP is the most frequently cited metric of economic performance. In reality, it's a very poor measure of what actually matters in an economy - the wellbeing of people and nature.

Progressive countries like Iceland and New Zealand are prioritizing wellbeing over GDP. Similar approaches are happening within progressive companies - leaders are taking a step back from the bottom line and looking at what really matters.
