From render to reality! Previously completed by one of the project managers, this 31,000 SF new build cohousing project consists of 25 residential units and numerous shared facilities, all within a building envelope dictated by rigorous rezoning parameters.

The wood-framed structure utilizes a double exterior wall to enhance insulation and airtightness, while each residential unit is outfitted with individual Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRVs). Cooling for the ground floor amenity room is provided by a mini-split system, customized to meet the preferences of the residents and cohousing group members. This building will provide essential housing for the local East Vancouver community for years to come! 💪

Congratulations to the Little Mountain Cohousing team for their commendable effort in supplying essential housing to those in need!

Dive into architectural brilliance: Previously managed by one of our Project Managers, these precast arches meticulously patched and painted, form the backbone of the Olympic-length swimming pool at ‘s The Butterfly in Downtown Vancouver.

Custom steel HVAC mimics their graceful curves, ensuring a breath of fresh air in the pool room. Structure and style seamlessly meet beneath the surface.

Currently under construction, the entirety of the project is designed to LEED Gold standards.

The combination of textured non-static wall plaster and a matte epoxy floor elevates the sleek aesthetic, establishing a warm yet pristine interior ambiance.
