Before the Results, There Must Be a Reason. 🎯

One of my biggest takeaways from this morning’s early session:

“Whatever your future goals may be, they should always be anchored to a strong mission. Goals give you direction, but your mission gives you purpose.”

As entrepreneurs and leaders, it’s easy to get caught up in numbers, targets, income, rankings, and achievements.

But I’m reminded today that success is not just about what we want to accomplish—it’s about WHY we want to accomplish it.

When your mission is strong, you don’t easily quit when things get hard.

You keep learning.
You keep growing.
You keep showing up.
You keep serving.

Because there is something bigger behind the goal.

That’s why I continue to invest in myself through early-morning learning and leadership sessions. The person who wants to build a better future must first be willing to become better.

So today, I’m asking myself — and maybe you can ask yourself too:

What is the mission behind your goals?

Because when your mission is clear, your goals become more meaningful. ❤️

Golden Years, Golden Memories ✨💛

Today, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. 🥹💛

I know this milestone is one of the most exciting and awaited celebrations in life. For some, it calls for a big party, a grand stage, and a huge celebration. But for me, I chose something different.

I chose simple. Intimate. Meaningful. Memorable. ❤️

What could be more special than celebrating my golden years sailing with the people I love most? 🚢✨

Having my Tatay and Auntie with us on this cruise makes this celebration extra special. After everything they have gone through— from coming to Canada as visitors, becoming permanent residents, and finally becoming Canadian citizens — being able to bring them on their first cruise experience is a blessing I will forever treasure. 🇨🇦❤️

I’m also so grateful to have our close friends with us - Sis Susan and her kids, who have been part of our journey, and especially our immigration consultant and friend who helped our family through so many steps of our immigration journey. And of course, our dear family friend and neighbor from the Philippines and here in Canada, Ate Emelita. ❤️

To have our families and closest friends together, sailing, laughing, eating, celebrating and simply enjoying life for a whole week — with no stress, no pressure, and no need to prepare for a big party — is truly priceless.

Because the older I get, the more I realize:

Life is too short not to enjoy the little moments.
Life is too precious not to celebrate the people beside us.
And every day is a blessing that we should live, love, and be grateful for. 🙏❤️

To everyone who took the time to greet me, send birthday messages and videos, call me, and celebrate with me from near and far — THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! 🥹❤️

I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am.

And to my husband and our kids—thank you for all your love, time, effort, and for STILL finding ways to surprise me even though we are together all the time! 😂❤️ You made my golden birthday even more golden.

Most of all, THANK YOU, LORD, for another year of life, love, family, friendship, opportunities, and countless blessings. 🙏✨

My prayer for this new chapter is simple:
Lord, continue to bless me so I can continue to be a blessing to others. May You give me more opportunities, more wisdom, and more strength to fulfill the calling You have placed in my heart. ❤️

And a special shoutout to all the amazing crew at the Da Vinci Restaurant! 👏❤️ Thank you for your hard work, kindness, amazing service, and for making our celebrations so much fun and special. I’ve been getting the birthday treatment every day—HAHA! I think I’m officially spoiled! 😂🎂🚢

My only “payback” is this: if you ever dock in Vancouver and have some free time, come visit us and let us show you around our beautiful Vancouver! 🇨🇦❤️

And who knows… maybe one day, we can also be a blessing to you and encourage you to explore opportunities on land too. Life is full of beautiful possibilities!

Here’s to my GOLDEN YEARS — not just a celebration of age, but a celebration of life, love, family, friendship, faith, purpose, and memories that money can never buy. ✨💛

I am blessed. I am grateful. I am loved. And I am just getting started! 🥂✨
