Built for the heavy rain 🌧️🏠

This home got a full 6” eavestrough & downpipe replacement, upgraded with 3x4 downpipes and LeafGuard for better water flow and protection.

If you’re planning to stay in your home long-term, 6” eavestrough is a great investment.. especially if you have a larger roof or a steep roof.

We’ve been seeing a crazy amount of rain coming down in short periods, so having a properly sized eavestrough system can make a BIG difference when that water starts moving. 💧

🍂 The CNE starts next week, which means summer is almost over and fall is just around the corner! 🎡🍁 And with back-to-school season right around the corner, now is the perfect time to get your home ready for the changing weather.

What better way to welcome fall than with a new eavestrough system? 🏡✨ A properly installed system helps manage those heavy fall rainfalls and directs water away from your home to help protect your foundation.

And why stop there? 👀 You can also upgrade your soffit & fascia to give your home a fresh new look while improving its overall exterior aesthetic.

🍂 Think leafguard means you never have to clean your eavestroughs again? Think again!

While leafguard does an excellent job of keeping leaves and larger debris out, we still recommend having your eavestrough system professionally cleaned every few years. Over time, asphalt shingle granules can still make their way into the system.

Regular maintenance helps:
✔️ Keep water flowing properly
✔️ Prevent clogs and overflows
✔️ Protect your home from water damage
✔️ Extend the life of your eavestrough system

A little preventative maintenance goes a long way in protecting your investment and ensuring your system continues to perform as it should.

A simple upgrade that makes a big difference!

We replaced this home’s eavestroughs and downpipes with a system built to last. While the new colour doesn’t perfectly match the existing soffit and fascia, the contrast complements the home beautifully and adds to its curb appeal.

Most importantly, the home now has a properly functioning drainage system that helps protect against water damage. With regular maintenance, it’s built to last 20+ years.

✨ A fresh new look that makes all the difference.

Our client wanted to enhance the aesthetic of their home, and this transformation delivered exactly that. By installing new black eavestroughs, downpipes, soffit, and fascia, we gave the exterior a clean, modern finish that instantly elevated its curb appeal.

Sometimes, the smallest exterior details create the biggest impact. This project is a perfect example of how quality craftsmanship and the right materials can completely transform a home’s appearance while adding long-lasting protection.
