Another great training session wrapped up in Sidney, BC! Prism Marine is proud to support WCMRC by providing certified, on-call crew for critical oil spill response operations. It was a productive couple of weeks on the water as we stay ready to respond when needed.

We’re proud to wrap up our owner representation services for TFF Anglo, a newly built push boat constructed at Concordia Damen in the Netherlands!

Our role included:

✅ Onsite visits to monitor progress and quality
✅ Drawing review and plan approvals
✅ Weekly coordination with Concordia Damen and our client
✅ Supply chain monitoring
✅ Participation in commissioning, sea trials, and final inspections

A big thank-you to our client and the Concordia Damen team for the collaboration and commitment that brought this vessel to life.

Prism is proud to be supporting Kotug in the construction of four RAstar 3200W terminal tugs at UZMAR Shipyard! Designed by Robert Allan Ltd., these ASD, diesel-powered workhorses are built for efficiency and power.

With construction in its late stages and outfitting well underway, our team is on-site providing quality control, inspections, testing, and commissioning.

We’re excited to be part of this project, working alongside industry leaders to bring these tugs to life. Stay tuned for more updates as the project moves forward!

🚤 Exciting news from the water! 🌊

Our crew is thrilled to kick off water taxi services to support the Eagle Mountain Pipeline construction.

Six days a week, we’re navigating 14 nautical miles from Lynwood Marina in North Vancouver to the staging site at the north end of Indian Arm.

With two round trips daily, we’re making sure project personnel arrive safe, on time, and ready to get the job done.

At the remote Woodfibre LNG site, accessible only by water, our water taxis safely transported workers on time every day. Running 4 round trips a day, each vessel carried 12 passengers, ensuring smooth operations from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Our construction supervision team is on-site at Sanmar Shipyard in Türkiye, overseeing the next stage in building these dual-fuel tugs 📋 🚢

Last month, we hosted a hands-on Prism Practical Boat Operators Course for small vessel operators, focusing on building confidence and expertise in challenging marine environments.

This customized training is all about practical skills and safety:

⚓ Docking & Tight Quarters Maneuvers – mastering control in tricky situations.
🚨 Emergency Situations – responding calmly and effectively.
