This week my calendar is full with events that support emerging food businesses.

Yesterday, I was fortunate enough to meet the newest cohort of the at the London Small Business Centre to talk about Navigating Packaging for Food Businesses.

They even sent me home with some amazing products from their successful past cohorts that I can't wait to try!

No matter where my business takes me, my vision remains the same. Let's continue to close the gaps for new and scaling food CPG brands. Thank you to London Small Business Centre for running this program and allowing me to be a part of it!

This course is an introduction to Hazard, Analysis, and Critical Control Points (HACCP) designed for food safety professionals, QA team members, and food processing business owners. It is great for anyone looking to appeal to retailers' food safety requirements.

This course meets GFSI training requirements. Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion with an International HACCP Alliance Seal.

We've all been in the grocery store, overwhelmed by all the products, trying to stick to a list.

But how does anyone sell anything that's not on "the list"?

By leveraging their label, of course!

My last visit to the grocery store, I was so drawn to this display because of one simple but intriguing label. It pulled me in long enough to pick it up and read what it was.

Once it is in the consumer's hand, they are significantly more likely to buy 😉
