Indigenous Training Collective Debwewin “My Truth” E-Learning for Indigenous Cultural Competency and Safety. Indigenous Education Consultant and Consulting Agency.

05/21/2026

I’d like to ask my connections to share my name / business with your close connections and contacts who are interested in getting Debwewin “My Truth” E-Learning for Indigenous Cultural Competency and Safety Training for their employees.

One of my biggest goals with this e-learning was to see exponential growth in getting employees trained in Indigenous cultural competency and safety so I offer the best possible pricing for big companies to train all of their employees.

With exponential growth in Indigenous cultural competency and safety we can create safer spaces and places for Indigenous Peoples throughout Canada and educate employees about the historic and ongoing inequities, inequalities, and injustices that still exist and persist today.

Add value to your company by training your employees with this extremely important education that has been sorely lacking in our mainstream education system. This e-learning provides an effective way to gain insights and understanding in the most efficient and timely way possible.

Let’s work together and make a meaningful social impact by training all employees within some of the biggest companies in Canada. I look forward to hearing from you all and having meaningful conversations about how we can train all staff to increase Indigenous cultural competency and safety through my e-learning.

Please reach out to Warren Lewis and the Indigenous Training Collective Inc. to book e-learnings, virtual, in-person, or hybrid trainings for your whole company. I look forward to hearing from you all soon!

This story made me sick to my stomach this morning. The hatred and cruelty displayed here is unfathomable. When are people actually going to understand the severity of what is happening to First Nations Peoples all across this country, when are people actually going to fight for us, when are people actually going to demand better for us, what is it ever going to take for people to truly understand the ongoing plight of First Nations Peoples.

The Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies needs to educate their associated member employees, foster parents must be educated and highly vetted, foster homes must be checked more frequently and diligently, and any misbehaviour by employees and/or foster parents must be punished swiftly and harshly to prevent further horrific incidents such as this one. The sixties scoop and ongoing millennium scoop cannot be allowed to continue harming and traumatizing Indigenous children this way.

Indigenous cultural competency and safety training is so important and necessary in Canadian society in which the truth has been deliberately withheld from the Canadian population and we see the repercussions of these deliberate actions in this case and in the multitude of other less visible cases throughout the country.

Indigenous cultural competency and safety training should be mandated throughout the federal, provincial, territorial, and municipal governments across the county and with every organization that has any interactions with Indigenous Peoples. Indigenous cultural competency and safety training should also be in every primary, secondary, and post secondary school throughout the country. The systemic inequalities, inequities, injustices, and abuses have to stop.

Canadians deserve better, Indigenous Peoples deserve better, we cannot wait for the government to act; organizations could and should take it upon themselves to act swiftly and decisively and do what is right and educate their employees to create safer spaces and places for Indigenous Peoples.

My heart goes out to the brothers who went through unthinkable harms for years at the hands of these perpetrators. May the older brother finally have peace and rest in peace, may the younger brother hopefully find peace and good people to care for him, may the birth parents find some solace knowing the perpetrators are paying for what they have done and that there is at least some justice for the boys. May these sickening actions never happen to another innocent Indigenous child ever.

Ontario Justice Clayton Conlan spoke for only a few minutes to give his clear decisions: Becky Hamber and Brandy Cooney are guilty of murder and other charges involving two brothers in their care.

Sending thanks, gratitude and appreciation for all of the good things and all of the good people in my life.

Sending positive thoughts, healing energy, kindness and love to all those who need it today and everyday.

When we help and support each other we make the world a better place simply by showing that we care.

When we understand that we are all connected we work to do better at taking care of each other and the world.
