People often ask me, “Why can’t you just tell me everything? Are you hiding something?”
And that’s a fair question. I actually had some of the same questions when I first started looking into this.
But one of the things I discovered was that there’s a lot more to understand than I originally realized. A 60-second video simply isn’t designed to explain an entire business.
Okay, think about it. Would you make a business decision based on a 60-second reel? Neither would I.
That’s why I started by watching the complimentary workshop. It helped me understand the business model, the system, and what it actually takes to build this type of business, so I could decide whether I even wanted to keep looking.
And when I decided to learn more, I went through a step-by-step process where I learned about the specific companies, products, compensation, costs, and exactly how everything worked before I ever had to decide whether I wanted to start.
So, no, we’re not hiding anything. I just believe you deserve more than a 60-second explanation of a business.

Today’s team meeting was more than just another business meeting—it was a powerful opportunity to **learn, reflect, grow, and become stronger together.** 💫

I had the privilege of hosting my team as we discussed a topic every entrepreneur eventually faces:

**“Handling Rejection, Ghosting, and Refunds While Staying Confident.”**

Building an online business isn’t always about the wins. There are moments when people say **no**, stop responding, change their minds, or walk away. And yes, those moments can challenge our confidence.

But those moments can also teach us some of our greatest lessons. 🌱

During our meeting, my team openly shared their experiences, challenges, lessons, and reflections from their own online journeys. Every story reminded us that **rejection is not failure, ghosting is not a reflection of our worth, and a refund does not erase our progress.**

As a leader, I believe my role is not simply to tell my team what to do. It is to **create a space where people can speak, learn from one another, regain their confidence, and keep moving forward.**

Leadership is like being a lighthouse—you don’t remove the storms for your team, but you help them see the light and find their direction through them. 🗼✨
