Today’s team meeting was more than just another business meeting—it was a powerful opportunity to **learn, reflect, grow, and become stronger together.** 💫
I had the privilege of hosting my team as we discussed a topic every entrepreneur eventually faces:
**“Handling Rejection, Ghosting, and Refunds While Staying Confident.”**
Building an online business isn’t always about the wins. There are moments when people say **no**, stop responding, change their minds, or walk away. And yes, those moments can challenge our confidence.
But those moments can also teach us some of our greatest lessons. 🌱
During our meeting, my team openly shared their experiences, challenges, lessons, and reflections from their own online journeys. Every story reminded us that **rejection is not failure, ghosting is not a reflection of our worth, and a refund does not erase our progress.**
As a leader, I believe my role is not simply to tell my team what to do. It is to **create a space where people can speak, learn from one another, regain their confidence, and keep moving forward.**
