Feeling like myself again...Sunday’s are for recollecting my thoughts and making sure I prepare for the week ahead. And LOTS of stretching and breathing 🙋🏼‍♀️...not going to sugar coat it, definitely wasn’t my usual motivated-self lately, and I’m accepting that that’s ok, but slowly getting my center and soulful-self back! Im convinced it’s the never ending winter...need my sun back 🤷🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🤨 and hanging out with my best friend and now FINACÉ!!! Still love saying that!! 💍

-Well officially back from holidays!! Ready to kill the rest of the week...and start focusing on new adventures and my business!!

-I trained up until this trip knowing I’d basically be taking a FUL week off from training, just do a few fasted cardio sessions at the . And honestly, I think my body loved me for the rest!! I definitely feel like my muscles aren’t aching as much and my motivation is higher then ever!! Also helps a little that I’m coming back from Edmonton with some extra hardware!🙏🏼🥰 💍👑!! Can’t wait for this next chapter of our lives and to start making some moves for the future!!
