Asset Reconnaissance International (ARI) is an architectural consultancy that specializes in gathering information and measurements of buildings and interiors, with the purpose of eliminating cost overruns in design and renovation projects. rk, this complimentary consultation looks at the goal or purpose of any project, before determining what information is to be gathered, and in what format. This ensures a complete survey, with no need for return visits.

- 2D/3D Architectural Surveying: AutoCAD or Revit, accurate to a 1/4" (floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP's, roof plans, site plans, etc.)

- Building Systems and Structural Surveying: Locate and specify HVAC units and ductwork, electrical equipment, plumbing, gas, sprinkler systems, and any horizontal or vertical load-bearing systems

- Asset Reporting: Locate, specify, or complete inventory of equipment, furniture, retail fixtures, building hardware, or merchandise.

- Interrogative Reconnaissance: Interview management or personnel onsite to obtain information regarding delivery, installation, or construction policies and limitations

- Architectural Photography: Professional photography, photo cataloging, and photo location plans
