If there is a slight disbelief, doubt, worry, or fear within you, you're not aligned. If there is one little thought of negativity, rejection, or ignorance, you're not aligned. If there is one little negative action, behaviour, or even a reaction in any circumstance, you're not aligned.⠀

It takes more than reading a book or watching a YouTube video to change your attitude. It takes discipline, time, and energy. ⠀
