We’re all buzzed about the new members. This month, we’re welcoming Yasmin Hediger!

Yasmin is a practitioner of embodied wellbeing, helping people reconnect with themselves during seasons of overwhelm, change, or emotional sensitivity. She supports people through nervous system regulation to help them achieve greater calm, clarity, and vitality.

“My work creates space for rest to deepen our friendship with our inner cheerful, happy self!” Yasmin says.

She offers 1:1 support, acupressure and reiki practice, as well as restorative yoga classes for groups and individuals. And keep an eye out for her retreats!

But wait, what’s the best way for me to connect with the community?

Many of you have asked some variant of this question in recent weeks, so here are your options at a glance:

1️⃣ Connect with the community. The “Community” option gives you visibility in front of the right people: potential clients, partners and service providers. We feature your business and work so more people know you exist and how you can help them.

2️⃣ Build momentum through mastermind groups. “Masterminds” membership makes you part of a support group meeting every other week. Troubleshoot business problems, make valuable connections and move closer to your goal, one small step at a time.

3️⃣ Go all in and invest in your progress. “Inner Circle” is the choice for those who want to give themselves all the chances of success. It adds strategic depth through 1:1 support and access to monthly workshops.

❓ Where would you start automating your business?
❌ Probably from the wrong end.

Fortunately, at the B-Inspired community, we have Silvina Layani.

In our September workshop, she helped the participants automate their workflows in a smart way. Here are some golden nuggets from the workshop.

1️⃣ Start with the business, not the tool. Understanding the business priorities and the business’s needs should be the starting point, not the latest tools.

2️⃣ Map what really happens today. Next step: reality check. Identify where too much time is spent and where friction or confusion appears.

3️⃣ Challenge each step. Ask yourself what can be removed, where you can simplify, what needs to be reordered and what can be kept. Only after this, turn to AI, automation, apps or growing your team.

As Silvina beautifully summarised it:
Business first. Workflow second. Technology third.
