Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie sind im direkten Kontakt und Austausch mit den erwachsenen Rauchern und/oder V**ern in V**e Geschäften, Clubs, Gaststätten und bei Events mit folgenden Aufgaben betraut:

Individuelle Produktvorstellung und Vermittlung einer einzigartigen Produkterfahrung
Interaktion mit erwachsenen Rauchern
Direkte Kundenansprache beim Verkauf und der Anwendung des Produkts
Erläuterung der Mission und der Produktvorteile
Datenerhebung zur weiteren Kontaktaufnahme
Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Mindestaltervorschriften beim Probieren und beim Verkauf
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam
Für diese Aufgaben bringen Sie idealerweise folgende Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen mit:

Leidenschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kreativität
Promotion- / Sampling-Expertise im Gastro- / Eventbereich
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

THE COMPANY:

For my client, which recently acquired the exclusivity for the European and Russian distribution of an American fashion brand, we are currently searching for a:

Senior Finance Coordinator (m/f) 100%

As part of the Corporate office, you will be in charge of the Finance Office. The position is based in the headquarter in Lugano.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Preparation of financial reports
Actively involved in closing and management reporting activities: month-end, quarterly, year-end, internal controls
Analytical support of other departments (e.g. marketing, operations) for different kind of financial requests
Tax Returns or audits
Accounting tasks, in collaboration with the outsourced accountants
Preparation of monthly dashboard (KPIs & P&L) reporting for the local business unit
Monitor and document travel and client meeting expenses
Keep track of and verify Accounts Payable and receivable
Daily and weekly sales reporting
Responsible for ad hoc analysis and requests

EDUCATION/ SKILLS

University degree Masters, in Finance or Business
Experience in Swiss tax laws would be a plus
+ 4 years experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury industry
Willingness to take on different responsibilities and develop
Strong sense of urgency, stress-resistant flexible especially during high season
Diligent and a trusted person, with a high degree of confidentiality
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Italian and English fluency is a must, German is a strong asset

Responsibilities:
In this newly created position as Senior Manager Business Analysis you are responsible for the following tasks in the first place:
Developing and analyzing Sales information including sell in and sell out information, using reports which are based on the corporate BI systems to monitor all global sales
Delivering meaningful solutions to ensure sales growth in revenue and profitability for our different channels of distribution
Establishing reporting formats to be used to identify business and for them to become the daily tools of the senior sales organization
Analyzing a portfolio of product categories down to style and SKU specifics, developing and generating productive analysis tools, reports and strategies on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Partnering with the Global Head of Planning & Merchandising to establish overall business reporting tools and strategies
Candidate should have the following qualities:

You have a higher education (master’s degree or equivalent) ideally in Business with a sound knowledge of corporate databases and their structures. Having worked previously for a premium brand within consumer products, you bring expertise and understanding of global, multi-channel distribution with you. We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years’ professional experience working with retail, wholesale, planning and allocation systems. You possess strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong communication skills in English and German are required, and the ability to work independently and take the initiative round off your profile.
