As a second pillar to our established plant in China, we prepare another factory in the Philippines for keypad production. This new factory will open a new option for production location and additional worldwide supply routes. We’ll be able to provide dual sourcing which increases supply chain security for our customers worldwide.

What a grand day in our company history!

COO Ali Martin welcomed our illustrious guests. After inspirational speeches of Ms. Mary Jane Sanchez, Deputy Zone Administrator – Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Dr. Nicolas Brühl, Ambassador to the Philippines, Palau, Marshall Islands and Micronesia, and Ms. Claudia Häusler, President of the Board of Directors – Sateco, the obligatory ribbon cutting and coin throwing took place.

Factory Manager Kazuki Nagai opened the doors for an impressive plant tour and then invited the guests to a traditional Filipino lunch.

Last Thursday the Embassy of Switzerland in the Philippines hosted all local Swiss Cham members to celebrate the Swiss National Day.

Our COO Ali Martin spent a pleasant evening in a refined setting, with a focus on honoring Swiss traditions and fostering connections within a valued community. In July we successfully passed the ISO 14001 recertification audit and now also ISO 45001.

Two in one: Double-Detent Keypad STC-SINA

As further development of our famous metal bridges, STC-SINA had its breakthrough in 2005 in many models of Mercedes-Benz. STC-SINA combines two actuations in one dome. It allows more precise haptic definitions. Force, stroke, and snap can be individually adjusted for both stages. This enables an extensive range of applications as overhead console, steering wheel controls and window lifter.
