Harnessing Talent & Achieving Career Growth With COFIP Solutions

Recently, we had a pleasure of training 7 coating inspectors and 2 protective coating applicators for Perenco Cameroon. Such an apprenticeship is centered on corrosion engineering. It encompasses a rich theoretical provision and vast practical implicating exercises aimed at giving participants sufficient tools to deal with corrosion problems.

After the training, the feedback was positive. All the participants were happy about several aspects of the encasements, including the challenges of coating complex shapes and the formulations of concrete encasements. In one speech, an inspector stated: "I was very timid previously, but now I never doubt my calculations for paint application!" With this newfound confidence, they are able to take their careers to the next level, and more importantly, make a difference in the organizations they serve.

From Monday, July 8th to Saturday, July 13th, 2024, COFIP Solutions proudly conducted another session of the Train the Painter (TTP) program, developed by Corrodere Academy UK. This time, four enthusiastic participants sponsored by General Technologia Servicios Equatorial Guinea experienced firsthand the exceptional quality and depth of the training.

About the Train the Painter Program

Train the Painter is a structured training program tailored to meet the needs of the industrial painting industry. It offers a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ensuring that participants are well-prepared to handle the complexities of industrial painting projects.
