International development and program management professional with over 15 years of cross-sector experience in Human Resources, Project Management, regulatory compliance, strategic training, and operational leadership.
My career reflects a strong commitment to institutional capacity building and community impact. I have led workforce development initiatives within a national airline, implemented compliance and risk management systems in highly regulated environments, and designed training programs aligned with international standards and strategic objectives.
Currently based in the United States, I serve as a Refugee Benefit Coordinator, ensuring program compliance, beneficiary support, and service quality for vulnerable populations. In parallel, my work in adult education reinforces my belief that empowerment begins with knowledge and skills development.
Certified in Google Project Management, Human Resources, ISO 9001 Quality Management, and multiple IATA standards, I bring a structured, results-oriented, and people-centered approach to mission-driven environments.
I am particularly interested in opportunities within:
• International NGOs
• United Nations agencies
• Humanitarian and refugee programs
• Institutional development and capacity-building initiatives
Committed to advancing ethical leadership, sustainable systems, and measurable social impact.
