Africa still Wins regardless!

When you know what you carry, you don’t panic. Victory is Africa’s anthem. It can’t be otherwise. Only a very beautiful woman gets ceaseless attention. They have never stopped to “baratin” Mother Africa! That alone speaks volumes!

Looking backwards, and forwards into decades of multiple endeavors made by well meaning Africans to change the colonial and post colonial systems affecting the continent’s economic development, I often feel disillusioned and disappointed at the insignificant progress made.

Yet,I am not discouraged. Why? Because Africa stands in a place of perpetual victory.

Unbeknown to many, I hear a silent and stubborn voice persistently stirring within me and whispering into my ears, that there’s Hope. That an irresistible wave of change is sweeping through the continent with an invincible power of awakening & awareness that should soon give way to new constructive systems.

Also asking us to be resilient and stubborn in our faith. Most
particularly saying that, we should watch out for the NO-NAMES gradually rising to power and authority.
That, the continent will witness a slow, yet, sweeping wave of change with novel and invigorating ideas to crush redundancy.
Again saying that, times are changing, but the gate keepers of ancient systems have remained illusionary holding unto what can nolonger hold.

That inclusivity for positive impact in socio-political and economic systems is gradually penetrating traditional systems to become the new norms in the continent.
In this regard we are urged to be more vigilant and positive!
Let’s all watch out for the change may be slow, but it is real!

Signature d’un partenariat stratégique entre TUCAD et AFREXIMBANK pour accélérer les projets structurants en Afrique

En marge des AFREXIMBANK Annual Meetings tenus à Abuja (Nigeria), une convention de partenariat stratégique a été signée ce 27 juin 2025 entre le Tunisia Consortium for African Development (TUCAD), représenté par son président, M. Anis Jaziri, et Mme Kanayo Awani, Vice-Présidente Exécutive d’AFREXIMBANK. La cérémonie s’est déroulée en présence de M. Mourad Abdesslem, Vice-Gouverneur de la Banque Centrale de Tunisie (BCT), M. Mohsen Antit, Ambassadeur de Tunisie au Nigeria, M. Aymen Zoghbi, Directeur du Département Trade, Investment and Corporate Finance d’AFREXIMBANK, et M. Hafedh Ben Aifa, Responsable Afrique du Nord au sein de la banque.

Ce partenariat ambitieux vise à soutenir TUCAD dans le financement de projets structurants à fort impact sur le continent africain.
