We are writing to formally address recent concerns regarding the appearance of a strange number (###x9515) within the AI Assistant chat tool hosted on our website.
Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
Please be advised that IEC-1979 hereby issues an official statement to disclaim any affiliation, responsibility, or endorsement concerning the appearance of this strange number as this malicious act does not originate from our system or authorised personnel. We wish to clarify that the AI Assistant chat tool operates independently within a controlled environment, and any external inputs appearing on the interface are not initiated or authorised by IEC-1979.
Furthermore, we are actively investigating the matter to ascertain the origin and cause of this anomaly to ensure the integrity and security of our digital services. We take the privacy and security of all individuals very seriously and are committed to ensuring that such incidents do not recur. To this end, we have implemented additional safeguards and strengthened our monitoring protocols on the AI assistant platform.

Once again, we extend our deepest apologies to the owner of the telephone number affected, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

IEC-1979 remains committed to maintaining transparent communication with all users and stakeholders and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
