The project is located at the beginning of the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games axis, which is also the gateway of the highway into the urban area. Therefore, it can act as the landmark. As a leading brand in the wine industry, Yanghe hopes to build an office headquarters complex that can represent the group and go global, including external display, hotel reception, large-scale conference, staff dormitory, catering, leisure, and other comprehensive functions. Under the height limit of 100 meters, we will merge the podium and the tower in a continuous way. While meeting the standard of the city's line rate and various indicators, we will create an iconic office park and make the roof area a venue for staff activities. The continuous building volume is interconnected and also separated by the small atriums. The central courtyard creates a top-down interior space visually.
