An IB Bilingual Kindergarten in Changzhou, Jiangsu (about an hour outside Shanghai by high speed train) is looking for a native English teacher to begin in late August.

You are:
-patient, caring, flexible, and love spending large amounts of time with small, adorable children
-from one of the following countries: Australia, Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand, South Africa, United States
-in possession of a bachelor's degree and two years teaching experience
-in possession of a TEFL certificate (if the above degree is not in teaching)

The school:
-is really conveniently located in Changzhou's urban core with easy access to lots of things one would hope to find in a moderate to large city
-fairly new (sparkling, modern building finished last year) and part of a larger education chain that offers continuing professional development and support
-offers very long lunch breaks (because long after-lunch naps are the norm in kindergartens in China)

What's being offered:
-Salary: 18,000-22,000 yuan per month before taxes (depending on experience/qualifications)
-an apartment
-Flight bonus: up to 10,000 yuan per year (payable at the end of the year)
-Monthly performance bonuses
-School is open to negotiating further for those with IB backgrounds or a lot of ECE experience
