This purifier adopts the OW process for oxygen purification. The feed oxygen enters the purifier, where impurities such as H2, CO, CH4, and NMHC in the oxygen are converted into H2O and CO2 by utilizing the characteristics of a high-temperature noble metal catalyst. These are then removed by a W (ambient-temperature adsorption reactor), which eliminates impurities such as H2O and CO2 from the feed gas. Once the bed reaches adsorption saturation, it undergoes heating for regeneration. The ambient-temperature adsorption reactors are designed with one in operation and one on standby, enabling continuous operation.
