The structure of this part is special, has an undercut, also needs a slider.
We design two sliders composed and pull the core out by twice during injection molding.
This mold slider design is commonly used in the following 2 areas:
1. Deal with a core-pulling mechanism with a large tightening force;
2. The core-pulling mechanism has an undercut, which requires a second core-pulling to complete.

All around of this part are full of undercuts, sliders and lifters, they are completed by hydro-cylinders system which makes the cycle time of injection molding very long.
