A good supplier relationship is not just about finding the right factory.
It’s about keeping things aligned after the factory is selected.
From my experience, effective supplier coordination usually comes down to a few simple things:
• Clear requirements from the beginning
• Confirming details instead of making assumptions
• Keeping communication moving
• Following up at the right moments
• Identifying small issues before they become bigger ones
None of these are particularly complicated.
But when teams are managing suppliers remotely, even small gaps can become expensive.
The difference is often not in finding a supplier.
It’s in what happens after the supplier says:
“Everything is clear.”
That’s where ex*****on really begins.
