We're all familiar with the current dollar exchange rates and customs charges established by the Federal Government, currently set at 390,000 Naira per CBM.

If you were charged a shipping fee based on the previous rate of 250,000 Naira per CBM and your goods have not yet arrived, you will need to settle the difference at the current rate to retrieve your goods.

For instance, if you had already paid 1,000,000 Naira as a shipping fee before, taking into account the current rate, the revised amount to be paid would be 1,500,000 Naira or more.

Regardless of whether you have prepaid the shipping fee, the new CBM rate is applicable.
