From Cell Stem Cell to the ASGCT Stage: MingCeler Powers Next-Gen Reprogramming
A huge congratulations to our partner, Sergey Velyichko (Soxigen), for an incredible invited talk at ASGCT showcasing their revolutionary Super-SOX reprogramming technology!
MingCeler is proud to be part of this landmark study (originally published in Cell Stem Cell), with our own Dr. Guangming Wu featured as a co-author. Utilizing our proprietary TurboMice™ Tetraploid Complementation platform, we provided the critical embryo manipulations and generated the all-iPSC mouse models for the project. These animals served as the ultimate functional proof that Super-SOX stabilizes the Sox2/Oct4 heterodimer and enhances pluripotency across mice, humans, primates, and large animals.
While conventional tetraploid technology struggles with a low 1%–5% birth rate worldwide, MingCeler's optimized platform delivers significantly higher efficiency, transforming a notoriously difficult technique into a reliable tool for high-impact research.
