The Role of Structural Design in Drawer Slide Stability

For drawers up to 1.1m drawer width , the system still runs with almost no wobble.

That stability comes from the structure, not from adding more components.

At HANSON, we spent 3 years rethinking the structural design of concealed slides.

The result is our T-Structure Soft-Close Full Extension system —a design that reduces material thickness from 1.8mm to 1.5mm while maintaining the full 35KG international load standard.

It has been tested and production-verified by international brand HAFELE.

We believe good hardware should perform consistently —not just in samples, but across every batch and every shipment.
