Suede is judged in the hand, not in the photo.

🧵 Real suede has a short, dense nap that lifts when you brush it one way and settles when you brush it back. A split leather with a sprayed finish feels flatter, and the difference shows after a few weeks of handling.

Before approving a sample, buyers should confirm five measuring points:

1. Finished width, height and depth
2. Handle drop
3. Crossbody strap adjustment range
4. Usable opening width
5. Pocket position

It also helps to define exactly where each measurement starts and ends, then record the agreed tolerance on the approved sample or specification. That gives the QC team a repeatable reference during bulk production.
