All parts in contact with materials are made of sanitary SUS316L stainless steel with mirror-polished inner walls. The equipment resists corrosion from diethylene glycol organic media, is less prone to scaling and easy to clean, ensuring stable and durable long-term operation.

Stainless Steel Vacuum Flash Ev***rator

The flash ev***rator is an efficient liquid concentration device based on the "flash principle", primarily used to reduce the solvent (mostly water or organic solvent) content in the material and increase the solid concentration.

Its working principle is as follows: The material to be concentrated is one heated to near its boiling point by a preheater, and then quickly enters a flash chamber where the pressure is much lower than the saturated v***r pressure of the material. Vacuum Scraper Ev***rator for Plant Extract

The vacuum scraper ev***rator is a specialized ev***ration equipment suitable for high-viscosity, easy-to-crystallize and coking materials, its core principle is scraper-forced film formation combined with vacuum low-temperature ev***ration.
