Size the Home Battery and the Hybrid Inverter Together

A home energy storage quote that only states kWh will miss the backup panel. The hybrid inverter's AC kW has to cover the loads you actually island, and usable battery energy has to cover the hours those loads run.

Weltrus low-voltage LFP modules in this class are commonly specified around 5.12 kWh or about 16 kWh at 51.2 V. Stack modules only after the inverter limit and the reserved backup hours are written down.

A solar module datasheet is not a factory.

On a Weltrus PV line you can walk the stations that actually build a panel:
• Cell handling
• Stringing
• In-process tabbing / inspection
• Lay-up
• Lamination
• Packing

Solar + Storage Dispatch: China Factory to Hanoi

A purchase order is not the last controlled step. Packing is.

Weltrus loaded solar and energy storage at a China factory for a Hanoi-bound Vietnam order. The photos show stretch-wrapped pallets going into the container, wooden crates marked Lithium Ion Batteries, Class 9 cartons, and the open container after arrival in Vietnam.

What buyers should still match to the packing list: UN identity (UN3480 vs UN3481), outer-pack marks, and serials. Arrival photos do not replace UN 38.3 files.

A home battery is not finished when it passes factory tests. The last controlled step is packing: carton or plywood crate, stretch wrap, Class 9 lithium marks, and a packing list that matches the serials on the units.

We photographed a residential ESS dispatch from the Weltrus factory—palletized cartons, UN lithium crates, and the staging lane before loading. The article walks distributors through what to ask for before the truck leaves.

Former Colombian President Andres Pastrana visited Weltrus to review energy storage products and discuss Colombia's solar-plus-storage path.

Colombia has strong year-round sunlight. What the grid still needs is storage that can shift midday solar into evening demand, back up C&I loads, and reduce pressure on hydro in dry years.

Weltrus supplies PV modules, residential and C&I storage, utility-scale ESS, and technical service—with the certificates export teams ask for (UN 38.3, UL 9540A, IEC 62477-1 and related).

We are looking for local EPCs, distributors, and installers who want a compliant, localized rollout—not a brochure dump.
