What buyers must verify:
✅ Full IEC 62619 report (not a logo)
✅ SKU-to-report model mapping
✅ UN38.3 transport evidence
✅ CE docs where the market requires them
✅ BMS, fire, and thermal summaries that match the quote

IEC 62619 ≠ UN38.3
