We are happy to announce that Lii Song's own acoustic lab with anechoic chamber is now completed. We finally decided to further suspend and dampen even the floor to make it fully anechoic. It's not common especially for a small company like us but we need to thank everyone who supported and bought Lii Song, it's you who financed our lab to better work on our R&D.

Found an old design schema and this brought us the memories of costy mistakes we made during R&D years ago, this one is typical:

We made a "creative innovation" from classic inner-magnet design that was seen on many vintage full range units and some today's tweeters. As the picture indicates, magnet is way off the position of coil and we use pole and top plate to conduct magnet flux to create a magnet field for the coil to stay.

Pro: we can buffer that this is very classic, vintage, old-school way of full range.

Con: waste of magnet power, waste of cost, limited cone movement, etc.

Consequence: wasted protype.

Anyway, it's with the mistakes and lessons we step by step found the direction to go: we don't want to copy the vintage, we don't want to hear people say "full range is only good for human voice", we want to do research and development in full range speakers with modern materials and technologies to let people see: Ohh, full range can be like this.

First pair of YUNX C-6 went to UAE and we got a happy customer. This speaker is very ideal with class A, class D amplifiers and you can use it to enjoy dynamic or complicated music, like rock, without difficulty. Will elaborate further to introduce this model as currently our best bookshelf speaker.

Today we received a message, someone questioned if we are competent to make a 21 inch full range unit. So here is the answer: our next R&D will be a 21 inch unit F-21 and the upper limit should be no less than 15k Hz, besides it would be optimized for no-brainer open baffle application. No existing cone would match for the requirement so we will create a new cone and suspension system for it. This will take quite a long time so just leave a track here in case one day people ask, "when did you started this project?"

The classic Origin cabinet was released 8 years ago, used and approved by many audiophiles but also with demands to improve in some aspects, especially for the size to increase Wife Tolerance Factor. We came up with a smaller design but the drawback was that the performance couldn't be equally good. One day, we had this idea: why don't we adjust the driver to suit for the cabinet? So instead of changing more about design of cabinet, we made a small batch of special Silver-10EVO, dedicated for the cabinet design, and we feel happy when firstly plug and play these with Decware SE34I.6 tube amplifier: the music flows naturally, the imaging gets concrete and colorful, bass shows both energy and elasticity and the speakers disappear completely at any distance. This gets us back to the confort like old times we firstly hearing the beauty of full range. Finally a smaller cabinet but performance merit to be the successor of Origin.

By the way, the cabinet in the picture is still pro-type, the complete version will be with a port tube instead of the simple cutout.

By the way*2, we aren't just boasting when we talk about our dedicated driver for this cabinet; even the paper cone is seriously custom-molded, making it distinct from the regular Silver-10EVO.
