Chemical Additives: Use anti-static masterbatches in film extrusion or surface coatings to modify the material’s conductivity.
Ink Optimization: Adding Isopropanol (IPA) or specialized anti-static agents to inks improves conductivity and reduces "ink whiskers" or spotting.
The "1234" Formula for Success:
Grounding (1): The most cost-effective way—ensure all equipment and static stakes are properly grounded.
Eliminators (2): Use ion-bars (not needle-type) for printing and lamination to safely neutralize charges.

❄️ Winter Production Alert: Temperature & Humidity Control
As temperatures and humidity drop, flexible packaging production faces risks like reduced chemical activity and increased static. Ensure quality and safety by following these essential steps:

Preheat Adhesives: Preheat solvent-less glue in a 45°C curing room for 4–12 hours before use to prevent temperature shocks.
Ink & Solvent Stability: Store inks and solvents at 20–30°C. Cold materials lead to poor wetting, bubbles, and drying issues.
Film Activation: If the workshop is below 15°C, move film rolls to a 20–30°C warm room for at least 24 hours before production.
Humidity Management: Keep workshop and curing room humidity between 40%–60%. If it drops below 30%, use humidifiers or water spray to prevent static and incomplete curing.
Uniform Curing: Maintain curing room temperature variance within ±2°C. Ensure sufficient time and heat for full cross-linking.
