Small part. Big story.

Around 10 mm across, machined from a solid brass bar, with a precision center bore, an off-center micro hole and a side slot — all cut in one workshop, no outsourcing. It fits between two fingers, but every feature on it has a tolerance tighter than a human hair.

Brass is a beautiful material to machine, and a very unforgiving one. Push too fast and the edges tear. Push too slow and the surface glazes. This one came out clean on the first try.

Big fl**ge day.

Around 280 mm in diameter, 12 evenly spaced mounting holes, a stepped central pocket and a precision-bored inner wall — all cut from a single aluminum blank on our 5-axis machine. No welding, no assembly, no shortcuts.

Look closely at the top face. Those radial tool marks are intentional. That surface is a functional sealing face, not a cosmetic one. The polished inner wall next to it is a bearing seat, machined to plus minus 0.02 mm so the mating shaft slides in with zero play.

Every finish on this part exists for a reason.

Three setups. Twelve tools. One aluminum billet.

This part left our CNC today after a full day on a 5-axis machine. Fl**ge holes, internal pocket, curved cavity and micro drillings — all cut from a single block of 6061 aluminum, no welding, no assembly.

The tool marks you see inside the pocket are intentional. That surface is a functional face, not a cosmetic one. The outer ring is polished because it seats against a mating fl**ge. Every finish on this part has a reason.

Polished aluminum is one of the hardest finishes to get right.

Every fingerprint shows. Every micro-scratch shows. One wrong pass on the buffing wheel and the whole part goes back to step one. This one came off our line today — CNC machined from a solid aluminum billet, then hand polished to a mirror finish.
