HOYO Slitting Lines are designed and built to perform exceeding top-quality standards for processing a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials for metal processing companies around the world.
Heavy gauge slitting line covers range of thickness from minimum 4.0mm to 16.0mm and width from 800mm to 2500mm; Coil weight up to 35 tons and speed up to 150m/min.
The lines are composed of Robust slitters head with easy tooling change design, tensioning device and High-capacity Recoilers. Scrap winders or scrap choppers. Totally computer-controlled with diagnosis, automatic coil feed and quality control.
