Kinheng can provide CsI(Tl), CsI(Na), CdWO4, LYSO,LSO, YSO, GAGG, BGO scintillation arrays. Based on the application TiO2/BaSO4/ESR/E60 are wildly used as reflective material for pixel isolation. Our mechanical processing keeps the minimal tolerance to optimize array’s physical properties including tolerance, dimension, minimal-cross talk and uniformity etc.

Forged scintillator was made by selected single NaI(Tl) ingots, the NaI(Tl) atom will re-arrange during forging. As you know, the single NaI(Tl) scintillator was grown by Bridgman growth method, the performance of top, middle, bottom part is quite different. We usually use Middle parts ingot(Theoretically,the performace of which will be better than top and bottom parts) to forge the finished products for high temperature oil logging. Due to the Secondary extrusion deformation, the mechanical strength is much stronger. Due to the selection of NaI(Tl) ingots for forged scintillator, so the uniformity is also much better. And as per our customer's testing data, the stability of high temperature is also better. Hence,the overall performance of forged crystal NaI(Tl) is much better than single crystal NaI(Tl).

Kinheng designed Be window detectors for low energy X-ray detector. According to the traditional encapsulation method, the detection efficiency of X-ray is low. X-ray detector used 0.2mm Be window to replace traditional 0.8mm aluminum shell. The X-ray detection efficiency was improved significantly. X Series detector follows the design idea of detachable and replaceable. It can use either NaI(Tl) crystal with output pulse width of 1.5us or LaBr3:Ce crystal with output pulse of 0.5us to meet the measurement requirements of high and low doses.
