FFG-VRIDA-TP, also named Weilida, is a fully automatic integrated flexo folder gluer production line independently developed by Shanghai Dinglong Machinery (SHDLJX). Designed with a fixed openable unit structure, it brings huge convenience for equipment upgrade and daily maintenance.
This inline machine integrates scrap removing, feeding, flexo printing, creasing, slotting, die-cutting, folding, gluing and counting stacking in one continuous workflow, specially engineered for AB-flute corrugated carton mass production. Its core competitive advantages include non-stop plate changing during operation, which perfectly fits multi-order mixed production and greatly boosts overall output efficiency. Equipped with dual creasing & slotting stations, the equipment effectively avoids board cracking and delivers neat, stable finished cartons.
It adopts vacuum belt sheet transfer, precision low-crush feeding, powerful dust removal system and cost-saving doctor chamber ink system.
