The production process of food packaging bags can be roughly divided into five steps:
First, packaging design: this is to design the layout of the food vacuum bag according to the requirements of the food company. A good design layout of food vacuum bags has a good effect on increasing the sales volume of products. My company has to provide free food vacuum packaging bag design services.
Second, plate making: according to the food packaging design of the confirmation of the production of food packaging printing press needed copperplate. The plate is a cylinder, and it is a complete set rather than a single root. The specific size of the plate should be determined according to the packaging design of the previous step (the plate fee is based on the size of the bag).
Third, layout printing: the specific work content on the food packaging press is printed according to the first layer of materials confirmed by the food company (materials do recognize the basis of the vacuum bag), and the printed effect drawing is not much different from the design drawing.
Fourth, composite: the so-called composite is to glue the two total materials together, the ink surface is stuck in the middle of the two layers of materials, such as pa(nylon)/pe(reinforced), wherein nylon is the first layer of material that is printed material,pe(reinforced) is the second layer of material that is composite material, and in some cases there will be a third, fourth layer of material. If you do ordinary aluminum foil bag (opp light film /al aluminum foil /pe reinforced), you need a third layer. Note: It is usually necessary to check the previously printed materials and remove the materials with poor printing effect before composite.

Fifth, scuttling or bag making: scuttling is for automatic packing film (pillow packing film), bag making is to use a bag making machine to make a packaging bag.
