Amazon's FBA storage capacity has been cut by 2/3

Why FBA storage capacity has been cut by 2/3. There are some analyses from the market as below:

1. Peak season is coming, Amazon wants to control cost.
2. Amazon cancels warehouse expansion plans, cancelling or delaying plans for 16 warehouses in 2022.
3. All of Amazon's non-grocery stores are closed, including 68 bookstores, Amazon 4 star stores and pop-up stores.
4. Amazon is subleasing at least 10 million square feet of warehouse space and delaying construction of new facilities.
5. In the second quarter of the US, the average rent of industrial warehouses exceeded 8USD/ square foot, 21% higher than the same period last year. If not expansion is to save costs, then cut down the seller's storage capacity, and then carry out warehouse subleasing.
