For electric HGVs, charging availability needs to better match the vehicle’s actual operating requirements, particularly when fixed charging coverage is still developing.

iTrailer provided a mobile charging resource that could be positioned according to the HGV’s operational needs. Rather than requiring the truck to return to a permanent charging station whenever additional energy was needed, charging capability could be brought closer to the vehicle.
