We’ve added a new automatic glue dispensing machine to our assembly process.

Once the parts are positioned in the fixture, the dispensing head follows a programmed path to apply adhesive to the required areas.

Can multiple blind box designs share one toy safety test?

Sometimes — but having 6, 8, or 12 figures in the same collection does not automatically mean one test report can cover them all.

If the designs use the same materials, paint system, similar structures, similar sizes, and the same age grading, representative or family testing may be possible. But a secret figure, detachable accessory, metallic paint, glow pigment, flocking, magnet, battery, or different structure may require additional review.

For blind box buyers, the key is to compare the safety risks of each design before testing — not simply count how many figures are in the series.

A design comparison table can help the manufacturer, buyer, importer, and testing laboratory decide which samples actually need to be tested.

Blind box special editions can make a collection more exciting — but the effect should be planned long before mass production begins.

Each option creates different production questions:

• Will the glow effect remain consistent?
• Can flocking survive handling and packaging?
• Will metallic paint show scratches or color variation?
• Does the secret figure require a new mold, accessory, or packing ratio?

A successful special edition is not only visually different. It also needs controlled sampling, repeatable production, clear QC standards, and suitable packaging protection.

The pressing machine is only the final part of this PCBA assembly step.

Before pressing begins, the component must be positioned and connected accurately by hand. The machine then applies controlled pressure to secure the assembly in place.

Good pressing starts with correct alignment.
