Birthday throwbacks with my awesome CJ team across the years 🎂

These precious snapshots tell our little stories ：me in a birthday party hat in front of the celebration backdrop , slurping longevity noodles 🍜 — a beloved Chinese birthday tradition. In China, we mark birthdays on both solar and lunar calendars , and those long noodles are a wish for a long and wonderful life .

There were fun surprises year after year : the Captain America‑themed cake while one of my teammates dressed up in a panda 🐼 costume to celebrate with me as I made a wish , a fancy two‑tier chocolate cake teasing me “Stay handsome forever” , and another playful panda cake from the crew joking “Happy every day, boss, go easy on us”. I also keep those hilarious handwritten cards from the CJ team 💌 — “Happy birthday Andy, wish you happiness and go easy on us!” Plus our big group shot at the CJ reception desk with a lovely bouquet in my hands .

Looking back at all these warm, sweet moments from past birthdays with everyone . Leading this crew through all the highs and lows makes this journey truly meaningful. Sometimes any friction or tough feelings can melt away with just a simple party or a drink. I’m grateful for every memory we’ve built side‑by‑side. Keep moving forward together!🚀

I’ve always believed that some moments in life are simply too good not to hold onto. 📖

So I made it a habit to jot down the little joys and highlights of every single day in my notebook — because years later, it’s these small pages that bring the memories flooding back.

It’s been more than a decade since my journey with CJ began. Every time I flip through my journal, I’m taken back to countless unforgettable moments — the laughter, the tears, the struggles, and the quiet clarity I found in the middle of it all, which kept me
going.

Reading between the lines, I can feel everything time has taught me. I see the stories we’ve lived through together, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.

My lifelong dream has always been simple: to stand behind young entrepreneurs who carry the same fire I once had, and help them turn their potential into success.

Going through my emails, I notice a recurring question:

Instead, invest in your core competitiveness. Explore new prospects and adapt quickly.

There is a well‑known Chinese principle: Natural selection; the fittest survive.
True strength does not complain about circumstances — it grows through them.

Welcoming our client James from Switzerland!
This is his second trip to China. We first met when he was still in university.

Today I showed him around our brand-new office in Guangzhou. Even though the weather in Guangzhou is sweltering hot, our conversation remained vibrant and engaging. We exchanged plenty of new insights and industry updates. He showed great interest in CJ’s future strategic directions and was amazed by the rapid growth our company has achieved over the years.

James is such an energetic, perseverant, open-minded and ambitious young talent. He also shared that he is fond of Guangzhou’s coconut chicken.

Every time I communicate with young people like him, I can see the shadow of my younger self — full of passion, striving relentlessly, eager to carve out my own path. Today, my dream has come true. So yours will not be far away.

Today we hosted two clients from Switzerland who traveled a long way to visit our company.
They are a young couple, only 20 and 21 years old.

Speaking of this, it reminds me of the story at the very beginning when I founded CJ. An Icelandic university student started his business simply to build a better life for his girlfriend.
Nowadays, many young people find dropshipping to be a practical, real-world school — far more engaging than traditional university education. They dare to imagine, dare to take action and dare to fight for their goals.

Looking back, I was also running startup experiments while studying in university at their age. Success favors those who start early.

We chatted about daily life, interesting stories and shared valuable industry insights. Plenty of new ideas sparked throughout our talk. It was such an inspiring conversation.
This lovely couple are incredibly kind, easy-going and full of energy. They toured our office and were impressed by how rapidly CJ has developed over the years.

It’s amazing how a shared vision brings like-minded people together for the first time.
We will keep striving to deliver premium service to our partners, and remain committed to supporting more young people in achieving their dreams. I truly believe this young couple will achieve great success.

Another beautiful morning, and as always, I started by checking my inbox.

This morning, I found several messages from customers and friends reflecting on our recent event in Budapest—what they learned, the people they met, and the ideas they brought home.

Knowing that those conversations created real value made me feel both grateful and encouraged.

It also reminded me that our work is not only about orders, systems, or logistics.
Behind every order is someone taking a chance on an idea. Behind every store is someone trying to create more freedom, more choices, and a better future.
My goal has always been to help more young people turn their ideas into something real. That is why we keep listening and improving—every process, every system feature, and every part of CJ Fulfillment.
