Quality is in the Details: Do you mandate torque seal marking on all breaker connections? 🛠️⚡
Hey everyone, just doing a final pre-shipment Quality Control (QC) inspection on a batch of low-voltage distribution cabinets in our workshop today.
As panel builders and electrical engineers know, a single loose terminal bolt during transit or operation can lead to severe thermal failure. That’s why our QC team enforces strict torque verification on every main breaker connection, marking each verified bolt with torque seal paint
🔹 Torque Seal Verification: All primary MCCB terminals torqued to specification and red-flagged for visual QC audit.
🔹 Color-Coded Phase Protection: Phase A/B/C insulation sleeves (Yellow/Green/Red) applied on all downstream load terminals for maximum operator safety.
Tin-Plated Copper Busbars: Anti-oxidation coating for superior conductivity and thermal dissipation in heavy-duty industrial applications.
