Dear friends,
in December we had a meditation on the fourth chakra and announced another activity, at Manù, on the same chakra...
Is coming up next week, Friday May 4th at 3 pm., jungle platform (up the hill).
Fourth chakra is home to our sacred light, vital breath and pure awareness, it links the 3 lower chakras to the 3 superior ones.
There will be an introduction, the activity lasts one hour, includes a short yoga session, prana-breathing (through the chakras), a special meditation, thai chi and dance movements, all forms blending into each other.

on the fourth chakra:
“ The fourth chakra is a place of openness, it connects the three physical chakras below with the three spiritual ones above.
It also connects your inner self to the external world and others. Is the heart chakra, from which love spreads.
The fourth chakra hosts a space of purity and spirituality where pain does not exists. As beautiful lotus flowers flourishing pure from the mud, as we accept ourselves and others, as we accept all that happens in reality and in our lives we’ll evolve towards a place of clarity and spirituality where all pain is overcome.
Being able to give and receive gracefully, playfully, with joyfulness and profoundness, are signs of a balanced 4th chakra.
Constant doubts or resistances about giving and receiving are signs of an unbalanced or undeveloped fourth chakra.
The color associated to the fourth chakra is emerald green, the element is air… “
