Palmas Pacifica promotes the “Green Communities” concept which is the results from a multidisciplinary consultancy where: architecture + biology + sociology + archeology + geology + marketing + engineering – are strongly related to the developer and the site – to generate the fundamental guidelines for the
creation, design, projection and development of the Project in total harmony with its enviro

nment and with the community of Quepos. This link led to envision a project that would favor symbiotic development – inclusive of the social, ecological and economic factors present in Quepos, thus generating a sustainable intervention Project that could become a national and international benchmark for ecological residential projects in developing communities.
