Uz pojedine učesnike, pre treninga dolazi upozorenje: “Samo da znaš, on je jedan od onih “teških učesnika” treninga”. Pitam: “Kako to znate?”.
Obično odgovore da puno priča ili često proverava poruke na mobilnom ili često izlazi sa treninga. “Rekli su raniji treneri”, kažu.
Pitam “A šta radi trener ako učesnik ima prilika da gleda u mobilni tokom treninga?”.
Ne verujem u “teške učesnike”, jer tokom 24 godine u ovom poslu i preko 35 000 učesnika naših treninga, nisam srela ni jednog da odgovara tom opisu.
Možda je to zato što je poštovanje uzajamna stvar, a naša očekivanja od drugih utiču na ponašanja svih nas.
Možda iz razloga što sam za uloge i pravila na treningu ja kao trener odgovorna, a samim tim i za sve ostalo što se na tom treningu dešava.
Možda utiče moje čvrsto uverenje da svako ima odgovore koji su mu potrebni u sebi i da kada kreiramo atmosferu poverenja, uložimo svoje celokupno znanje i umeće u pažljivo dizajniran trening i pratimo reakcije svojih učesnika, fleksibilno menjajući šta i kada je potrebno, tokom samog treninga - dešava se magija!
Na mestima izazova se pojavljuju nova rešenja, tamo gde je bilo pasivnosti, nastaje proaktivnost, oni koji su bili pričalice se utišaju, a oni koji su bili tihi se raspričaju...
Iz nekog razloga mi padaju na pamet reči Duška Radovića: “Dajte mi dobro dete pa ćete videti kakav sam ja roditelj”.

“Everyone in my team is passive. The only solution I see is to learn how to multiply myself.”
This is how my client, a Founder and CEO, started our first coaching session.
At the end of the session he paused and said:
“Is it possible that I actually made them passive?”.
The next day he called me.
He sounded cheerful.
“I changed my approach with the team today. It is incredible!
They suddenly became bright and resourceful.”
Nothing about the team has changed.
What changed was the leader’s way of thinking and interacting.
A simple coaching question for leaders:
- Are your people passive or are they simply responding to the leadership environment you created? 💫

“Svi u mom timu su pasivni. Jedino rešenje koje vidim je da naučim kako da se multiplikujem.”
Ovako je moj klijent, osnivač i CEO kompanije, započeo našu prvu koučing sesiju.
Na kraju sesije je zastao i rekao:
“Da li je moguće da sam ih ja učinio pasivnim?”
Sledećeg dana me je pozvao.
Zvučao je pozitivno.
“Danas sam promenio svoj pristup timu. Neverovatno!
Odjednom su postali bistri i snalažljivi.”
Ništa u timu se nije promenilo.
Promenio se način na koji je lider razmišljao i komunicirao sa ljudima.
