One of the planned activities within INNOHUB was the elaboration of a feasibility study on higher education development.🎓
Given the current situation, this activity is no longer feasible in its original form, as it would require broad professional and social participation that cannot be ensured at this time.

Instead, the partnership has initiated a new and highly relevant alternative:
the development of a digital Innovation Management e-learning curriculum, prepared in Serbian and designed to be accessible to both students and companies — without limitations of time or location.💻📚

The new educational material will consist of five interactive modules, supporting practical innovation skills and offering certification upon completion.🎓✅

This adjustment allows the project to continue delivering value and learning opportunities, even under changing conditions.🚀

At the beginning of 2025, changing circumstances in the higher education environment in Serbia made it necessary to revisit parts of the INNOHUB implementation schedule.🎓

In order to ensure that the project remains realistic, sustainable and aligned with current conditions, the partnership has officially submitted a request for adjustments to certain project elements.🤝

These updates include minor rescheduling of activities and a proposed extension of the project closing date to 30 April 2026, agreed upon by all partners.

Our priority remains to deliver meaningful results for students, SMEs and the wider innovation ecosystem — with flexibility, responsibility and long-term impact in mind.🚀

🌍✨ Business Meet-Up WORKSHOP Recap — Thank you!

Our Business Meet-Up WORKSHOP has successfully taken place in Subotica, bringing together entrepreneurs, business leaders, educators, supporting institutions, and regional stakeholders from across the Hungary–Serbia border region.

Designed as a high-level networking space, the event created a neutral ground where key actors of the regional innovation ecosystem could connect, exchange perspectives, and strengthen cross-border cooperation.💡

A unique highlight of the day was the Failure Forum, which encouraged open and honest conversations about setbacks, lessons learned, and resilience in entrepreneurship. By normalizing failure as a natural part of innovation, we aim to support a healthier and more courageous entrepreneurial mindset in the region.🚀

Throughout the workshop, participants had the opportunity to:

Activity recap: the 2nd INNOHUB Co-Creation Program in Hungary✨

The second round of the INNOHUB Co-Creation Program in Hungary was designed to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration between students, academics, and industry partners while addressing real-world innovation challenges.🚀

Throughout the pilot period, participants worked in mixed teams, supported by trained facilitators and continuous mentoring. The programme created an open space where education and business could jointly explore solutions through structured co-creation.💡

Key outcomes of the activity included:

• 2 comprehensive case study descriptions, defining challenges and future solution scenarios
• 4 interdisciplinary teams, formed around diverse innovation topics
• 2 trained facilitators, supported by dedicated facilitation materials and training sessions
• 2 student pitch presentations, showcasing team progress and results
• Strong partner-company engagement, with solutions receiving high praise for feasibility and creativity
• Tangible outputs such as:
– a software demo and description
– a benchmark and competitor analysis
– 1 fully developed Concept Document
• 11 student certificates awarded
• A total of 20 active participants

The programme once again demonstrated how cross-border cooperation can build innovation capacity and meaningful connections between education and industry.🤝

Demo Day highlights: closing a successful second round.🎉🚀

On 24 June in Szeged, the 2nd INNOHUB Co-Creation Program concluded with a well-received Demo Day, where teams presented their solutions and Concept Documents to partner companies.

This round brought together interdisciplinary participants, supported by trained facilitators and continuous mentoring, resulting in:

• practical student pitch presentations
• a fully developed Concept Document
• a software demo and innovation benchmarking work
• certificates awarded to participating students

Most importantly, the programme strengthened cooperation between education and industry — setting the stage for future collaboration across borders.
