The INNOHUB co-creation program reached an important milestone with the Demo Day held at the end of April.🎉🚀

Around 30 students presented their solutions, developed over the past weeks while working in interdisciplinary teams on real challenges.🤝💡

The projects reflected a wide range of ideas — from practical workplace solutions to more complex digital concepts. One example included an NFC-based system for tracking working time, designed to offer a simple and usable approach in industrial environments.

What stood out across all teams was the process:
identifying real problems, exploring multiple ideas, and turning selected concepts into working solutions.🧠

The Demo Day clearly showed that when participants are given both structure and space to experiment, their ideas can quickly take shape in a meaningful way.✨🚀🎉

We have successfully held the INNOHUB project final conference, officially closing the cross-border innovation cooperation between Subotica and Szeged, aimed at strengthening collaboration among innovation stakeholders in the region.🎉🎉🎉

The project was implemented in partnership by the MeOut Association (Szeged), the Subotica Tech College of Applied Sciences (VTS), and the IT Cluster. Through this cooperation, a series of joint trainings, workshops, and co-creation programs were delivered, involving entrepreneurs, students, and professionals working together on real industry challenges.🤝

One of the key outcomes of the project is the further development of the OpenLab innovation laboratory in Subotica, which serves students, researchers, and industry representatives. Within the project, the laboratory was additionally strengthened with new equipment, including a handheld 3D scanner and IoT-related tools, further expanding its capacity for experimentation, prototyping, and digital development.

During the project, joint educational materials were also developed, including content focused on artificial intelligence.🤖

At the final conference, the partners jointly summarized the results achieved and presented the key outcomes of the project.

The INNOHUB co-creation program has been actively underway since March.🚀

Following the initial online coordination phase, the work quickly moved into full collaboration mode, with in-person sessions supporting the teams’ progress.

Students have been working on real-life challenges — one team, for example, focused on a common issue in industrial environments: tracking working time in a reliable and simple way.

The process itself has been just as important as the outcome.🧠

Through intensive brainstorming, teams generated dozens of ideas, then selected and developed the most relevant ones into concrete solutions. Instead of receiving ready-made answers, participants worked through real problems step by step.💡

The program continues with strong engagement from all teams, as they prepare for the final presentations.🧩

Today’s session brought together a diverse group of participants — legal professionals, students, administrative staff, and HR specialists from both the public and private sectors.🤝
