As the local structural engineering partner on this landmark development, Evripidou Engineers & Project Managers is proud to have contributed to a project that has redefined the Limassol skyline and demonstrated what can be achieved through exceptional engineering, innovation, and collaboration.

Public Presentation for the EIA study for the Land of Tomorrow Masterplan:
Stakeholders and interested parties are invited to attend the Public Presentation for the EIA study for the Land of Tomorrow Masterplan. The presentation will take place on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, at 16:00, at the Petrolina Headquarters (Address: Kilkis 1, 6015 Larnaka).
The proposed project involves the construction and operation of the Integrated Large-Scale Mixed-Use Development “Land of Tomorrow”, which is located within the administrative boundaries of Larnaca, in the area of the former Oil Refineries.
The development consists of a large-scale mixed-use scheme comprising primarily residential, office, and commercial uses (retail shops), as well as soft leisure and recreational uses. In addition, the development includes the construction of an urban hotel with a conference/exhibition centre, as well as a luxury hotel unit.
The Preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment Study prepared for the above Project will be available in electronic form in the news section of www.alaplanning.com, from 14/05 to 22/05, for the purpose of submitting comments.
Anyone can submit their comments and opinion(s) regarding the content of the Study or the potential environmental impacts that the Project may have until Friday 22 May 2026 at the following email address: [email protected].

Evripidou Project Managers is proud to have overseen the successful reopening of the Paphos Desalination Plant – a strategic project crucial for providing clean drinking water to the region.

Following the devastating fire of 6th December 2024, the plant's facilities were left severely damaged and seemingly beyond repair. Taking on full project management responsibility, Evripidou Project Managers coordinated the complete restoration and modernisation of the plant, successfully delivering a fully renovated, state-of-the-art desalination unit in just nine months — comprising a 3-month accelerated design stage and a 6-month construction stage.

This remarkable achievement was made possible through meticulous planning, decisive leadership, and close collaboration among all project stakeholders. The new facility now features state-of-the-art infrastructure and operates to the highest standards, safeguarding the region's water supply and supporting the long-term sustainability of the Paphos community.

The reopening of the Paphos Desalination Plant stands as a testament to the power of effective project management, technical expertise, and teamwork — even in the face of extraordinary challenges.
