I recently did my ID in Zimbabwe, and the state of the Masvingo Registrar’s Office is deeply troubling. If an office that handles thousands of citizens weekly looks like this, what does it say about our national priorities? This is more than inconvenience it’s a sign of mismanagement and a system in urgent need of reform.

I will repeat again thousands rely on this place every week, yet this is the best we can offer? We deserve better. Our leaders must be held accountable the system is failing the people.
