Υπάρχουν στιγμές μέσα στη χρονιά που νιώθεις ότι η ενέργεια ενός τόπου σε τραβάει κοντά του. Το Erasmus Festival είναι ακριβώς αυτό: ένας χώρος γεμάτος ιδέες, ανθρώπους που δημιουργούν, ομάδες που μοιράζονται όραμα και ιστορίες που αξίζει να ακουστούν.

Κάπου ανάμεσα σε αυτή τη ζωντανή κίνηση, θα βρείτε και την CKT. Θα είμαστε εκεί, όχι απλώς με ένα περίπτερο, αλλά με την καρδιά της δουλειάς μας. Με την ομάδα μας, με τα χαμόγελα, με τις συζητήσεις που ανοίγουν δρόμους.

Θα παρουσιάσουμε τρία έργα που τρέχουμε στο παρόν, έργα που χτίστηκαν με συνεργασίες, επιμονή και πίστη στην κοινωνική καινοτομία. Και θέλουμε να τα μοιραστούμε μαζί σας. Να σας δείξουμε τι κάνουμε, αλλά κυρίως πώς το κάνουμε.

Και επειδή κάθε συνάντηση αξίζει μια μικρή γιορτή, μείνετε συντονισμένοι — έχουμε ετοιμάσει δώρα και εκπλήξεις για όσους μας επισκεφθούν.

Κάθε ιστορία αξίζει να ειπωθεί, και στις 13 & 15 Οκτωβρίου θα μάθουμε πώς να τη μετατρέπουμε σε δυναμικό ψηφιακό περιεχόμενο.

Στο Digital Cuisine Project , οι συμμετέχοντες των εργαστηρίων μας μαθαίνουν πώς να μετατρέπουν συνταγές σε μνήμες ως ψηφιακές ιστορίες (blog, video, podcast), δηλαδή πώς να αφηγούνται, να δομούν ιστορίες και να δημιουργούν περιεχόμενο.

On 23–24 September 2026, our team gathered in the beautiful village of Zaccanopoli for two days of collaboration, planning, and shared inspiration.

Together with our Italian partner Enjoy Italy , we reviewed progress, refined upcoming deliverables, and strengthened the foundations of our Erasmus+ project. The discussions were productive, the atmosphere energising, and the hospitality unforgettable.

A place that offered not only a meeting venue, but a sense of community, the perfect backdrop for meaningful work and new ideas.

The Taste of Cyprus lives inside all of us.
Not just in recipes, but in memories, in smells, in the hands of the women who raised us.

Christiana grew up with food that wasn’t fancy… but it was love. Sandwiches at the sea, keftedes, trahanas soup, fried potatoes with onions. Her yiayia (grandmother) raised, fed, protected and loved her grandchildren in the only way she knew, through food.

Today, with endless choices and delivery apps, many of these traditional dishes appear only when we visit taverns.
But maybe that’s why they feel even more precious now, because they remind us of a Cyprus that was simpler, slower, more human.
